Our fourth-generation family farm is operated by Adrienne Ploss and her husband, Tim Gleason, 2.5 miles south of Chautauqua, NY. Our field-grown produce covers 12 of the farm's 96 acres, including a high tunnel greenhouse. We sell our cut flowers and produce through our roadside farm stand and the Chautauqua Farmers' Market.
Go back...you forgot the flowers!
We grow cut flowers, herbs, veggies, and some berries using organic methods. Our veggies abound from asparagus to heirloom tomatoes. We do grow sweet corn and winter squash conventionally. Our bee yard provides raw honey complemented by fresh homemade pies. Local maple syrup, granola, and brown eggs round out the palate.
We've applied for organic
certification for 2014!
Join us at the farm for a spring class.
