Looking for basil for pesto? We grow it.
Our USDA Certified Organic herbs--cut fresh daily--are available at our Farm Stand (June-October) while dried herbs are available at our Farm Store in autumn (depending on availability). Herbs also add aroma and filler for bouquets in our Bouquet-Share CSA.
We harvest our hardneck garlic in latter July, then cure it for approximately six weeks. Garlic is usually available at our Farm Store in August.

Our organic culinary herbs include American burnet; anise; anise-hyssop; basil (African Blue, Cinnamon, Genovese, Globe, Lime, Mrs. Burns' lemon, Purple, Rosie); borage; catnip; celery (green, pink); chamomile; chives; cilantro; dill; fennel (Florence, bronze); garlic; horseradish; hyssop; lavender; leek; lemon balm, lovage; mint (chocolate, lemon, mountain, spearmint); oregano; parsley (curly-leaf, Italian); rosemary; sage; savory (winter/summer); and thyme.
We also grow French tarragon and sweet marjoram in small quantities.
